My Workspaces
Create personal or team workspaces. Each workspace has its own folder tree, sharing, and AI auto-organisation. Drop a file — AI reads the filename and content, picks the right folder (Invoices, Contracts, KYC, Receipts, Reports), tags it, and files it.

- 2Click New → name + visibility + toggle AI auto-structure
- 3Click Upload (AI) — files are classified, foldered and tagged in one shot

My Documents
Industry-aware folders are pre-built per vertical (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, etc.). List/grid views, filters, per-row Version history, Download, Star, More.

Smart Search (⌘K)
Hybrid Semantic + keyword search across 8 scopes (Content, Metadata, OCR, Tags, Comments, Form fields, Translated, Redaction). Save searches and subscribe for alerts.

Scan & Classify

Version History
Every doc has linear v1 → vN. Each version has author, date, change log, size, status. Restore to any version with one click.

Security & compliance
All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Row-level security enforces tenant isolation. Every action you take is recorded in the immutable audit trail. You can download a personal data export from Settings → Profile.
